went in on 09/05 around 7:00 PM and received the worst customer service ever. the girl working with black hair needs a serious attitude adjustment or a career change. i ordered the italian sub and asked for red wine vinegar and she looked at me like i was stupid and had no idea what i was talking about. i then asked for whatever usually comes on the sub and all i got were blank stares from her and the other two people working. i eventually gave up and left with no dressing. some serious training needs to be done, because all three employees were very unprofessional and cussing in front of customers to one another. do better or...

This was quite possibly the worst subway experience. My steak guacamole wrap sat there open getting cold while he helped others. Then he came back and gave me the wimpiest, sloppiest wrap, despite my asking for better. Then he went to ring me in a total, says it to me, then goes and completes two MORE sandwiches. My whole carpool was waiting on me!!! He was so rude the whole time as well. The woman working with him was just as bad. Only one lady working and she seemed pissed she had to serve us. She also has ZERO listening skills.
