Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Pleasant Springs

I love Arby's. I work for Arby's a millennium ago...literally 1987. Service was slow 17 mins for 1 curly fryy beef n chedder. When I asked why, employee said they just got slammed with 10 orders. He was rather rude. That should be no sweat. I watched two employees, drive thru headsets on, standing around and talking, one even pulled out his phone and did something. 1 person on the back line(I give him kudos because he was working very hard.) Finally asked for the manger. He was somewhat apologetic, but gave excuses. I recommended he jump on the back line and help make sandwiches, cross train employees to make sandwiches, have an additional person working... mean while,the ketchup dispenser is empty in the dining area, even though the bag of ketchup was on the order pick up counter. I sat and finished my meal...which had minimal cheddar on it. Before I departed, 42 minutes after I placed my order, the ketchup has yet to be filled....at least put a basket/box of packets for customer.

As I said previously, I love Arby's and I have worked at one. Sadly disappointing experience Store 8672, order ID AABRDMBEACEA

Staff is always courteous and attentive to customer assistance without the annoying hovering and tactless staring/supervising while shopping (w/o provaction, or any oddity in behavior causing suspicion) for shop lifting or any general wrong doing which has become a staple at many of Americas convenience stores across the nation and beyond. We found this restaurnt on our way traveling back home to MN from Ohio. The kids love Arby's and this one came up with a sign on the Intersate. When we arrived, we were told that it would take about five minutes for our order. We appreciate the heads up but were not in a big hurry hoping our order would be fresh and hot. We were not disappinted because our order came exactly fresh and hot.

The young man who greeted us in the restaurant was very helpful and kind. We also found this location at a truck stop to be very clean adjacent to a variety of services where we also got gas and some snacks. It is an extremely convenient location for traveling cross country.

This was the first time I tried the Greek Gyron at Arby's and it was so delicious. I will ordert his sandwich again at our local Arby's. Perhaps one of the best sandwiches I have orders at a fast...
