My family and I were visiting the area and saw this place had great reviews for the food, so we decided to stop in to try it out. This is a bar, not much of a restaurant. There was only 4 tables available to sit at and eat. Luckily, we got a table and ordered from the wall menu. What was cool, is that everything is $10. Easy! The food was ok. Not the best, not the worst. The atmoshere is a bar. It's loud and kinda dingy. The service was ok, I'm pretty sure it was the owner serving us. The only issue was the owner was not happy to have us and another party at his bar. I overheard him talking to a bar patron that there were "people here that don't belong". I guess we came right when the volleyball leagues were going to start and it was supposed to get "really busy". It never did. People came and left. It didn't get crazy. I used to bartend and this was a very slow evening compared to what I have seen and served. He also persuaded another family coming to eat not to eat there because the wait was going to be "so long" and the table that was open was supposedly "taken". So needless to say, I did not feel welcomed. I felt like an outsider that was pestering him and his regulars. I would not recommend coming here to eat....

Walked in and Pat (owner) was full of welcome, and immediately introduced himself. The place had a good crowd for that time of day, and all locals. What started as a quick stop to see what 'Somewhere' was like turned into a great experience of making new 'friends' in a place where I will make my way back too. I reside in Tulsa OK, so it will be a distance, but its the kind of place that should be experienced. I can only imagine what St Patty's day will be since we got to hear of the arrangements, but left before the actual day! Get out, go Visit! All that wander...
Read moreIf you found somewhere then you are at the right place. Good things about small town food places. You get the original of what they offer and very hospitable. Our server Ed was very courteous and very welcoming to our unusual crowd. Look for the Shop info at the front door. I love the humour. I'm sure with all that's available this is a happening place if you know what I mean. I wish the crowd could pack up these fields again like good ol times.. Best wishes...
