The poor boy working there was by himself, and completely over whelmed. I placed an online order, but when I went to pick it up there was a noted attched that said they were out of meatballs, so no meatball sub. The noted stated that I needed to chose something else. However, my daughter is a super picky eater, so the only other item she agreed to was a personal pizza. The pizza was half the cost of the sub. They checked me out, asked me to pay for the pizza, which finally I said sure, but you have give me my money back for the sub. Then the poor kid had no idea how to give a refund. Another person who apparently works there, but was not working there that night stated they dont give refunds for online orders. Excuse me? I am not going to pay for nothing, I am not donating money to subway. The boy, with my prompting, called the manager. I then had to speak to the manager on the phone. After 45 minutes I got my refund. Then when we got home the sub orders were wrong... I didnt even bother...
Read moreI ordered multiple foot longs on February 4th 2021. On a kids meal she put 2 pieces of bell pepper, I asked for more was told corporate said they had to watch on amount of vegetables used. Everytime I asked for more vegetables it was an issue. I called corporate directly an they said it was a lie. The bread was stale it was herb n cheese on all the subs. The lack of vegetables on the subs poor service and blaming corporate for penny pinching and and charging full price. I don't blast small town businesses but why lie an blame corporate for your doings. Corporate said don't go there anymore and go somewhere else eventually they will lose more business. The wonderful employee named Journey is the only reason you got a sub-par review. If you don't listen to the customers, atleast listen to your staff.
