Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Preble

I gave this location a few tries and have concluded it is a waste of time now on the morning commute. It’s in a great location but the level of service for those heading into work has got to be the slowest I have seen. It does appear to be the same crew every time.

I assumed when the line wraps around the building it was just because everyone arrives at once. This happens a lot at this location and most times people just leave. After ordering 30 mins ahead with the app and finally getting to the window waiting over 20 min to hear them say they are still making a coffee and bagel minis? Multiple tries after this and then leading to today while waiting for a coffee and bagel minis and being the only one in line took close to 15 min. By the time I left my simple order had the line started once again around the building. Once again same crew working and they don’t apologize for the wait. It is faster to drive to the Circle K and use the self serve options and checkout then wait at this location and be aggravated and late for work. I can’t imagine many commuters allow for 30 plus minutes to grab a coffee in...

Today i thought i'd give this dunks another try. Bad idea!! They do not know how to make coffee, they are rude and unprofessional. I went for the third and final time today. I ordered a medium iced coffee caramel swirl and cream, i had repeated myself 3x! when i got to the window they tried to hand me a hot coffee which then i told them again, medium iced coffee cream and caramel swirl. paid for a medium and i got a small. Told the girl and she didnt care. After arguing with her for a couple mins i finally just left. And the other 2 visits prior to this one the gave me the wrong coffee as well, whether it was no caramel swirl or no cream, etc... I don't recommend this...

Food is good depending on the employees. Never had a problem until 3 days ago and they screwed up my entire order and they weren't that busy at 530 am. Go around 8 and order is usually spot on. Have to keep reminding them to add my donuts that they keep forgetting. Couldn't take my order back bc I had to be at my job at 6am.
