Slice 'n Spice — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

It is terribly difficult for me to write about this most unfortunate experience and do so with the sole intent of prompting a very necessary improvement at this establishment. There is No excuse for making a caller wait 12:16 minutes on the phone for service after being told that there was "1" walk-in customer being helped. How fortuitous is it when the phone isn't muted and you can clearly hear 6 additional customers being served amidst ongoing kibbitzing including the proprietor (whom I personally know and recognize his voice). I find that while the food is satisfactory which is why I choose to give it 1 star the service is sorely lacking. I call far busier establishments in Monsey and have never encountered such callous disregard for a telephone order. As you walk into the store they greet you no matter who is behind the counter they would say hello how can I help you even though they have self-checkouts still will they make sure you're getting what you need when I was in the store a little girl dropped her slush they made no big deal out of it right away came at worker and cleaned it off and gave her a new one with no doubt she walked out happy of that store although my pizza was a little burnt but it tasted good and I liked it.
