I would give it one star, but the workers here tried their best. I ordered something called a "hummus platter" with a bagel twist it cost 15.99, I got a sesame stick with a small plate full of tehina and mushrooms, and a tiny bit of hummus, so I told them this is not a hummus plate, it's a mushroom plate, so they took it back and remade the same thing, and told me that this is how it says on the menu, so I just asked them for more hummus... And I ordered drinks, after 25 minutes of waiting my wife asked them where it is, so they asked her what she ordered and they made it then.... Nice workers, pretty good food, price does not make eny sense, seems like there are some...

I ordered a latte. The process was very gross and unsanitary. I asked and received a refund.

The steam wand, which goes INTO the drink to steam the milk and should be completely clean and sterile throughout the day, was instead cleaned with a dirty rag used to clean the counters!I watched as she used this dirty rag to clean the counter and espresso machine tray, then immediately cleaned the steam wand with it. Meaning counter dirt and dust and debris end up IN THE DRINK!! There should be a completely clean sterile towel or cloth to clean the steam wand, not the nearest used, dirty rag.
