Best Burger in Town with Amazing Staff and Service!

I recently visited Joe Rouer’s Bar and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home.

Now, let’s talk about the food. The burger I had was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients, it was juicy, flavorful, and left me craving for more. The sides were equally delicious, complementing the meal perfectly.

My husband and I had been traveling since 5:30 a.m. from Albuquerque to a cottage along Green Bay for the LSU-Wisconsin game. We stopped by Stodola's IGA for provisions (and expert advice), and were hungry, tired and lost by the time we rolled up into the parking lot at Joe Rouer's. Right at 8:00 -- closing time for the kitchen. Mike takes one look at us and says, "I think we can slip in a couple more orders." Heaven. We stopped due to the recommendations George Motz’s book “Hamburger America.” The staff was attentive, the prices were reasonable and they had a nice bar / patio / space. While the burgers were good, the preparation method of using water in a pan was not my favorite. This resulted in a very sloppy burger. Burger taste is subjective, so I did not take a star off for that. My reservation is serving the entire meal on a platter and then putting the burger on napkins.
