Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Rhinebeck

WOW, Just WOW. I came in today just to get a few things for grocery shopping and I thought I would stop by for a simple Frappuccino and I was not prepared for what I was walking into. The moment I walked into the store, I could not only hear but visibly see the manager screaming at an employee for what seemed like no reason. She was screaming at the top of her lungs and it completely ruined my experience. None of what she was saying was even coherent. I could visibly see the employee's were in distress and the poor cashier at the counter was just trying to take orders during the busy rush of the day. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone and if I'm being quite honest, this manager needs to be fired. With my 15 years of experience running a business, I would never be caught dead with an employee like this. 1/10 will never be coming back. Drink was...

OK guys so Starbucks in the tops friendly market has a new location they just opened up a brand new Starbucks. They move their location from the little tiny cube they had to a full size Starbucks restaurant. These guys hit the mark every single time with every single drink. And best of all they have the new holiday cups for the new holiday flavors. If you're in there Rhinebeck area check out the Starbucks at top friendly market. These guys hit the mark every single time. It's nice to see them actually have a dining room now and more space to make their delicious creations. I most definitely will be back again.

I'm from Long Island, and I've been to many Starbucks locations, and this one is by far one of my very few TOP locations. The staff are so friendly, I wish I caught both of their names - two women who were BORN to make these drinks!! I placed a mobile order as I walking into the market got 4 drinks and some banana nut loaves, and they were all ready in about 5 minutes. My family enjoyed EVERYTHING. It was the best Starbucks...
