My DH and I went for the first time on Saturday a little after they opened for the day. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady named Betty, who is absolutely delightful and makes a wonderful Old Fashioned Sweet
Read moreWe won't be back again. The building was old and rundown. The salad bar was good and the soup was excellent. But....they forgot about us:( We came in on a Thursday night and it was fairly busy, however not many waiting to eat yet. We were seated fairly quickly and I ordered the Salmon...and then we waited over an hour. The tables that ordered after we ordered had already eaten and paid their bill. No waitress came by to check on drinks or anything! We went sitting in some far away counter, we were the first table in the dining room! I finally went to the owner and asked for the bill for the salad bar that we did eat and told him we were leaving. He never apologized but said he would check on it and disappeared so we could not pay the bill and go. Five minutes later our food came out. Owner stated that the problem in the kitchen shouldn't have happened (again never apologizing) while another older woman from the kitchen came out and blamed the delay on me for ordering the salmon because it takes so long. I was so tempted to tell the woman what I REALLY felt since the table that ordered right after us also ordered the salmon and they didn't seem to have a problem. Its one thing to make a mistake, I understand that and could have been sympathetic to it. But to play us the fool and blame it on us for what we ordered and then show no remorse, offer no discount or even offer a free drink next time we return...nothing. I was too upset to enjoy the food so I won't even comment on the food as it would not be fair. We...

Were to start?
Great atmosphere. Very energetic and accompanying staff. Outstanding food!
We took a seat at the bar and placed our drink orders.
We were fortunate to be served by Kassidy, who probably logged over 10,000 steps, tending to everyone at the bar, while simultaneously creating signature cocktails for patrons on the restaurant side. She was very pleasant, and she was able to hold up a conversation while serving drinks.
Our table was ready, and we headed over to the restaurant side of the establishment.
I tried the Prime Rib and stuffed shrimp dinner with twice baked potatoes. Unbelievable! My wife had the poor man's lobster. She had said it was the best she ever tried.
My brother in law had the 8oz tenderloin Oscar. It's absolutely incredible.
Very generous food portions (we all had leftovers to take home).
Great open salad bar (definitely try the hot bacon dressing)
The creamy chicken Alfredo soup was amazing.
We definitely will be returning to Kassidy's in the very near future.
Highly...
