Watermark of Wading River — Restaurant in Town of Riverhead

We just hosted my sister's baby shower at the Watermark of Wading River this past weekend and it was truly exceptional. From our initial meeting with owner Nick, we were impressed by his professionalism, service, and flexibility. Nick dedicated time to discuss menu options, even accommodating custom choices beyond the original offerings. Leading up to the event, he meticulously guided us through every detail, ensuring a seamless day, including table setups and floor plan layout. He was always quick to answer any questions that we had and was so unbelievably nice.

On the day of the party, we appreciated the opportunity to decorate early. Nick allowed us to bring in any decorations that we wanted and had all the tables nicely set up before our arrival. Nick and his servers were incredibly helpful, assisting with decorations and presents, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The friendly and sweet demeanor of everyone added to the positive experience. Guests were promptly greeted with drinks upon arrival, and the food was absolutely delicious, receiving rave reviews from everyone at the party. The flawless coordination during the event, from service to the simultaneous serving of main entrees, left us thoroughly impressed. Nick and his team were constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything at all.

Nick's presence and assistance on the day of the party were noteworthy, from setting up, tending to the bar, and helping wherever was needed. The servers, with their constant smiles, were attentive and helpful throughout the day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The stress-free and perfect day was a result of the outstanding food and quality of service. We wholeheartedly recommend the Watermark of Wading River; their flawless process from start to finish made it an ideal venue for the party. We couldnt have asked for a better day!!! Visited while on a quick weekend trip and found this restaurant based on their already stellar google review score. Food was absolutely delicious… true perfection! So many great menu options! Even offer plenty of unique brunch and lunch specials, that seem to be rotating. I enjoyed everything and even cleaned my plate, my meal was that good!! I got the crab cake sandwich with home fries and my best friend got the turkey melt with french fries. They roast and carve their own turkey, which is such a treat. Everything is made to order with real and fresh ingredients. Food comes out of the kitchen perfect, with minimal wait time. True compliments to the chefs! If you have to wait for seating, the wait is well worth it for the quality of the food, trust me! They do also have a full bar, margaritas were super tasty! Staff is wonderful, super friendly and very hard working. Staff are vigilant and ready to deliver drinks and pick up your garbage promptly! It also was very hard for me and my friend to decide on our meal choices because of so many good and enticing options. Really feel like there is something on the menu for EVERYONE! If ever I’m in this area again, I will for sure be coming back to...

Fairly packed, so be prepared. We had reservation and arrived 7 minutes after 11 am opening and a little table work but had a good 4 top/hi top at the bar. Packed by the time we left!!

Connor was simply world class waiter and the bus servers and the well played one defense from other servers was exceptional. Attentive but not pesky.

The food was as expected terrific. As a hobbyist food critical, I reviewed over 30 restaurants for breakfast excellence in FL

The classic eggs Benedict here would.habe been a top 5 finisher in Florida. And you can get it eight here in Long Island!!!!

Eggs were textbook and perfect. Ham and muffin cooked.perfecy and arrived hot with exact amount of hollandaise sauce that was smooth and silky.

Other breakfasts were also great.

Multi grain bread great. On dish had some burnt pieces. No.biggy. the hash browns/potatoes, we a little cool / room temp, again just some attention of delivery or kitchen exit.

Place is surgical operating room clean tableware, rest rooms, floors, tables, glassware...etc like.they opened yesterday!! ...
