We Came to Wisconsin to get away from the big city. We passed by this place and we decided to stop by and eat. The atmosphere was good, The people there was good and the music was okay but the service was pretty bad, except for one bartender treated us pretty good and the rest was a bad experience. As I get up for my second drink a different bartender decided to change up the price on me and charge me more on Jack and coke. I feel like the server here treat the locals first, as they did not recognize our faces we were put Last. We also ordered pizza and they say it would take an hour. It was about an hour and a half and we had to go inside and find out where's our food. As the locals had their food before us and delivered to them outside at the tiki bar. After going inside and grabbing our pizza we were disappointed, the pizza wasn't even all that great! It was very sloppy and saggy. I'm sure the pizza that was giving to us was a special for the out of towners that we were. Right before we left we wanted to pay our bill so we went inside because the tiki bar was over crowded, as we waited there the bartender inside ignored us for a good 10 minutes. all we wanted was to pay our bill and leave. This experience ruined the rest of my day and had regrets eating at this place as we're...

While taking a trip to the area with friends, we were told to check this place out. A group of 4 of us walked in the door to get glares from occupants at the bar. Not being familiar with the place, we didn't know specials, Happy Hour details, bar games or offered any sort of menu. We grabbed drinks at the bar & weren't offered their happy hour "pull tab" until we asked what their happy hour special was. The bartender was hesitant on letting us participate because we weren't "locals". We asked a few other questions, we were new to the place & why wouldn't we want to know more details. Again, the bartender said all they bar games were more for the "locals" because they contribute to them more than visitors. We do frequently travel to Wisconsin but this is our 1st time to this particular area. We've never had any issue with playing The Shake of the Day, or anything along the lines of specialty games at any other bar. Needles to say, the woman bartender was rude to us, the owner did thank us for coming but proceeded to drink at the bar & kitchen staff was complaining to said owner about the drama of the employees. I don't want to hear that while I'm trying to enjoy a drink on my vacation. So we won't be back, ever! Do better people. Customer service is key & you...

I have been here several times and when the owner is present, it has been enjoyable. However, when he is not there, the staff is extremely rude. In the past, when I had asked for the happy hour specials, the bartender got extremely annoyed and slammed a bucket of the happy hour tickets down in front of me, apparently not wanting me to participate because I am not local. Today, my husband ordered a stuffed pizza over the phone and they did not ask for any of his information. When I arrived, they told me they made thin crust. When I told them it was not what was ordered, they told me I had to wait 2 hours if I wanted what I ordered to begin with. I had already driven 40 minutes from our cabin just to get there and they were not at all apologetic. This pizza is something that we look forward to every month and we are extremely disappointed by the poor service and makes us not want to come here anymore. My husband and I are small business owners ourselves and love...

Came from Madison area to visit family, so this was the first/only time I have been here. The pig roast, music, and everything else outside was amazing. But when we went inside to order drinks we got skipped over FOUR TIMES!! She served ppl who were JUST walking in and only standing for a minute or so. We were a group of 4, myself using a walker, all standing there for close to 15 minutes...I had to finally sit down out of the way on my walker and wait. Honestly couldn't believe it...or the customers who clearly saw us waiting but continued to order anyway. But, like I said...the event was great, and I try to at least give some benefit of the doubt...some wiggle room for bad days so to speak. Had I reviewed solely on the one (indoor) bartender I would give zero. She knew we were there...regardless of the outdoor event it WAS. NOT. BUSY. inside.

I have given this establishment several opportunities to show me that they are good as I have been told. I am to the point where I will no longer be a customer nor recommending them. I live 7 minutes from the location on the same road. I ordered my single sausage pizza at 5:20pm. I called at 6:30 to see where it is as I was told within an hour. " It's actually in right now".... It's now 7:24pm.... This is just piss poor service... Last time I ordered all the crust was burnt... Sell this place to someone who cares. Update... shows up at 7:31 and I have a Pepperoni folded over....

Pizza was very good. Heavy on the cheese with the appropriate amount of sauce and toppings complimented well together. On the Wednesday of our visit they had a special of a 16 inch pizza with 3 toppings and two drinks for $20. A very good value. The hand cut fries were very good as well and large portion size. The soup of the day was hearty and filling. They only took cash and check, however I believe there is a ATM in the corner by the restroom.
