HANDS DOWN the most aggressively bad customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. My boyfriend and I ordered for us and our family, 5 subs total and immediately you could tell the guy servicing us was not happy. The first 2 subs were made alright granted they were made by an employee in training and not the guy who was servicing us. We ordered all of our subs with american cheese but he messed up and put grated cheese on them, and when asked to fix it, gave attitude, took off half of the meat on the sub poorly scraping the cheese off and refused to remake the subs. (there is still a lot of cheese on the sub that we did not ask for) He said that we have to specify if we want american cheese on our sub but he didn’t even ask if we wanted cheese - he just put it on at his own discretion. Later when putting on the toppings we specified 2 or 3 times that they were all the same but he kept asking for each sub what we wanted and then got angry when he realized they were all the same. He was shaking his head and muttering under his breath the whole time and when it came to the sauce he purposefully added EXTRA mayo when we asked for half of the normal amount because he was petty. Additionally we were charged for the extra cheese that we did not ask for. We got home and ranted about it and apparently every single person in our family who had gone there has had the same experience with this guy. Read moreI got lunch here today, a bacon chicken ranch. As the sandwich assembler was finishing up, I noticed that she did not put the ranch dressing on it. I tried several times to get her attention to ask her to put the ranch dressing on it, but she was ignoring me. Every time I had to ask, I raised my voice a little, figuring that she could not hear me. When I finally got her attention after several attempts, it startled her; she must have been daydreaming while she was putting that sandwich together. Her co-worker, who was running the cash register, immediately started lecturing me about shouting at her, which I did not do. Apparently asking her to put ranch dressing on a bacon chicken ranch sub "made her cry." Unfortunately, I don't have my receipt for an order number, because the cashier was also not doing her job...

As soon as we got there the workers were extremely rude to us and acted like we were a burden on them, keep in mind they are a 24 hour subway. The first roll one of the workers pulled out had a spot of mold on it. My boyfriend asked for a new roll after the worker decided to try and pick the spot off of the roll. We ordered a tuna sub and the worker ended up putting the wrong peppers on the sub. When he went to replace the peppers he took them directly off the tuna and put them back in the container to serve to other customers. Absolutely the worst subway I've ever stepped foot in.
