Today I called to order a sub was put on hold for seven minutes before I was hung up on. I called back and told the lady I was just put on hold and then was hung up on and she responded with " Oh, we must have lost connection." If I hadn't heard her talking with the other employee (the whole seven minutes I was on hold), and heard the phone being picked up and slammed down, I probably would have believed her.
