I have been a loyal Ed’s/Pony’s customer since I was a kid - I left Western NY in 1982. I try to go back for wings every time I’m back here. I’ve ordered them to eat there and to carry out. I stay with friends in East Amherst so I’ve transported them from Middleport many times with excellent results. Every time the wings have still been crispy and flavorful. Tonight, however, was a much different experience. I ordered 100 wings to go. Pony’s packaged the wings in 2 foil containers covered with foil. By the time I got to East Amherst 25 mins later, the wings were soggy and disappointing. I have never had bad wings from there, which is why I’m not giving them 1 or 2 stars - I know they’re capable of much better wings than they gave us tonight. No total was given.. we looked up the menu before ordering for prices and come here kind of regularly so we know the total. It was split between people. Well the total they gave me was 25! And when I was searching for change in my wallet to cover it.. I drove far to get them. The worker was extremely rude to me that I had to cover the rest in change. I had only 22 on me....

Somethings missing and I can't exactly put my finger on it, but at least they've included a limited selection of draft beers which is a much needed update. They still haven't figured out they havectwo facebook accounts and the Facebook link on their website doesn't take you to the newest version. For those unaware, it links to 2023 postings so you're first impressions would be useless and outdated. But the newer version is out there and has updated content. I just don't...
