Jokers Bar & Grill LLC — Restaurant in Town of Rudolph

Always had good meals and service here until today. Two friends and I walked into the bar at about three thirty Pm and after speaking briefly to the bartender about getting beers and a pizza (she told us no pizza on Fridays there) she then walked away and answered the phone. As we sat waiting for service or even menus she spoke on the CORDLESS phone rather than provide a service to us (she might of been taking an order not sure never was explained to us). After five minutes or so we walked out went to a different bar (we could have drove there in the amount of time we waited) that had people that would serve us and provided a service customers should expect. First come first serve should apply as if standing in line at the grocery store if a person behind me is let to the front of the line by the cashier most people will not be happy about it. Employees can make or break any business and today you lost three customers that will most likely tell people about this experience along with all that...

Omg, this place was amazing!! Catie was so sweet and hospitable. She took time out to show a friend and I the whole place!! She talked about the past days of this place and when it used to be called jokers, and all the renovations that they did. The back patio is so gorgeous!!! They have a stage for live music, Plenty of seating and a big bar attached to it. Some of the seating on the back patio had little fire places built into the tables, absolutely stunning! For my ladies out there, the bathroom was spacious and super cute. I absolutely loved the whole design of this bar. Very friendly staff and many friendly faces throughout the bar, and The location is perfect for passersbys. The food was so delicious!! Best cheese curds Ive ever had!! We had been to this place under previous owners and had not gone back. So tonight we decided to give it another shot with the new owners. We arrived and were the only customers ordering food at the time. We had the big Tex and a cheeseburger with bacon. I had onion rings instead of fries. My date ordered his big Tex medium rare and I wasn’t asked how I wanted mine. The big Tex was over done inside and charred on the outside, it was a big sloppy mess. My onion rings were a big blob and had been cooked incorrectly as they were very greasy. The staff was more attentive but food took a while. Such a disappointment, it is a bar but I know other bars that can distinguish between med rare and well done and know how to use a fryer. Fried does not mean dripping with grease.
