Went first and last time today with friends. Service was very slow. My meal arrived as my friends were finishing their meals. Mine was served with the excuse of a "chef in training" burned my food and the actually chef would not serve it, so had to redo. (One of the people in my group had orddered the same thing I had.) I asked for a to-go box and my bill which I received within 5 minutes. We were there for an hour and half and my friends still had not recived their bills when I left. Thought I would give Bad Apple Black River a try. I walked in the main entrance. There was no sign that said "Please wait to be seated" or "Please sit yourself". So I waited, standing there. Several staff members walked out of the kitchen door looked straight in the eye and just kept walking. I waited a good five minutes or more. No employee said a word to me. It was getting too awkward and insulting just standing there being ignored, so I left, and I am never coming back. Several business have failed at that location and I predict this one will too.
