Liverpool Pizza and Gyro — Restaurant in Town of Salina

EDIT: So after a few more times ordering from here we no longer do after multiple times where we had to wait waaaaay longer for our food than was quoted. The food is still good, but communication and timeliness just isn’t there.

Stopped by while running some errands to grab a takeout menu since I noticed they had opened up. The guys couldn't have been friendlier (I assume they are the four guys referenced in the name of the place). We ended up putting in an order online and getting a pizza and char broiled wing special. Pizza was ready when they said it was going to be (which was a problem with the previous owners of the building...) and was very good. Sauce had great flavor, pizza was not greasy at all, one of the better pizzas in the area. Wings were good as well. Will definitely be back and recommend checking the guys out. Very curious to try the Gyros and sandwiches for lunch...

Ordered pick up for a Chicken Caesar salad wrap with a small fry. Was told 20 minutes for pick up. Show up at 20 minutes and was told just a few minutes while they box it up. Waited about 10 more minutes and asked how much longer, they said it was coming out soon. Waited another 10 minutes and asked if it was ready. They said they were going to check on it. We waited 45 minutes after our 20 minute pick up time and left with nothing. At this point just be honest, say you forgot, or are busy and running behind. Don’t lead the customer on by telling them 5 more minutes when it’s no where near ready. Feel bad for leaving, but couldn’t wait all...

I just called to try and order for delivery, but unfortunately, the girl working had a really hard time taking my order. I repeated myself atleast 4 times, after that I asked for them to repeat my order and the guy in the background started getting an attitude and told her to tell me that they couldn't do a delivery that wasn't over 30 dollars. "WOW" At the point I just hung up the phone because I was already on the phone for ten minutes, I was just trying to get the food. I wish I knew how it tasted, but them already being so rude to me I doubt that the pizza or hero would have been that tasty anyways so it's a 1 🌟 from me...
