UPDATE 7/2020: Visited in summer of 2019 and again in July of 2020. Excellent food and service both times. The pie is a MUST!!! Homemade right there. ----- Delicious pizza with very generous toppings. I loved the large chunks of sausage instead if the typical sausage crumbles. My mom had the Reuben and found it quite delectable. Generously sized. The curly fries had no salt and that was perfect for my mom. If you prefer salt, you may need to add your own. The pie is homemade! I had the coconut cream and wow! It was a large slice of heaven with a mound of toasted coconut on top of the cream. It was so divine that we ordered the strawberry cheesecake pie to eat tomorrow. I didn't think to get photos of the food when it was served because I wasn't expecting anything other than normal good food. But as I was eating it, I wished I'd taken photos to better share how good it was. I snapped a photo of the leftover pizza to show how generous the toppings were. There was outdoor seating on a deck that overlooks Whitefish Lake, but we dined indoors. The dining room has two tables ready for six diners, and three tables ready for four. They look like they could easily be rearranged for different configurations. There is a pool table, dart board, and a bar, too. The waiter we had was a friendly young man. We will surely return again. UPDATED: I returned in early September with my husband. We ordered the appetizer Spinach Artichoke Dip with Bruchetta and Corn Chips. They fry their own chips and they were delicious. Again, low or no salt, which is how I like it. So you may need to add salt. I ordered the salad bar as an add on. The lettuce was iceberg and it looked like they chopped it themselves. It was very fresh and crisp and had a few basic toppings and dressings. We ordered the pizza, half with pepperoni, half with sausage, and all with mushroom and onion. I was happy to see that the pizza once again had very generous amounts of toppings. The plates were prewarmed. Nice touch. For dessert we had the Caramel Apple Cheesecake Pie. The generous size of the slice didn't disappoint. And the flavor.....all the flavors of homemade pies but the apples were the topping on a pie-shaped cheesecake in a sweet, cookie-crunchy crust. Walnuts were added as the perfect garnish. The owner stopped by our table. She was also the chef. We let her know how good the food was.

We have stopped here twice now for dinner and a few drinks, the owners are always friendly and the food is cooked just right, and their deck overlooking the lake is great for sunsets!!

My first time here and it was their 25 year anniversary and this place was a lot of fun. I can see why they have made it this long. We will definitely be back.

2017 marks 50 years, that i have been going into Beechmoor. You cannot find a better place, in North West Wisconsin, to relax, enjoy a beautiful view of Whitefish lake, and, have a home cooked dinner. You will want to come back! Beechmoor is a family owned, quaint, tiny little bar/ dining room, in the old Northwoods tradition. Friendly service, makes you feel at home, atmosphere is great, if , you are stopping in, for a beer, or , bringing the family in, for a meal. Unique outside deck, with tables, and sun umbrellas, towering over the lake, if you choose to sit outdoors. Wide variety on the menue. Excellent steak, shrimp, and burgers! Prices are reasonable. You will not walk out the door hungry. You will make friends, if you walk...

If I could give a 0% rating I would. 100% Terrible service, something I’ve never experienced as someone in the hospitality industry. Waited over an hour for our table, as soon as we started ordering the owner came out and kicked us out of our table and said it was reserved for someone else. They over rided us waiting a hour plus when they should have explained the situation. Overall the worst service I have ever had in the 40 years of having a lake home up here. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE...
