Great place if you want to be insulted by Rachel the bartender & harassed by several of her patrons ! We were being harassed by Jeff W , we provided the proof to the Owner Bonnie. She agreed after hearing the proof to ban Jeff from the bar . Even after proving to her Jeff was harassing us we had to really push her to do the right thing ! " After all he's her back up worker " she said.

We then walk in yesterday & instantly Steve starts harassing us. Bonnie comes out & ask us whats going on ? NOT Steve . She tells us to behave 1st & 2nd she looks back & says both of you behave. Steve stopped harassing us. My son then comes in after work , because he saw our vehicle . Steve turned to him & said , what do we have another f n Marine & starts making insults about my wife to him. Our son told him to stop saying sh t about his mom . That's when Steves friend Kathleen attacked our son. Rachel runs over & takes my drink & said " your done ". Mark the chef comes out & gets between them & our son leaves. I stated over & over to Steve & Kathleen to stop , just stop. I tap Mark on the shoulder to let him know We were leaving . Kathleen post on FB that I took a swing at her. Steve started shouting " do you want to go outside , come on lets go outside " he did not. We then went outside & called the NYS Troopers to make a complaint. We provided them proof of Steve in our yard on security cameras time stamped . As well as video of someone in our yard at 3:00 in the morning. We also spoke of proof of Jeff harassing us ! Bonnie could have stopped this from manifesting into something worse had she kept her word to ban Jeff for harassing us ! Bonnie's response , she banned us ! Ask her to watch the video , I dare say she won't let you ! It will clearly show Wagner start harassing us & show him insulting us to our son ! Come on Bonnie lets see if you have any integrity. Shame on you Bonnie ! The NYS Troopers reviewed the video & told us today Kathleen's claim that I took a swing at her was FALSE !!!!!!

GREAT WAY REWARD 22 YEARS OF PATRONAGE. YOU BONNIE ARE TRULY...

One of the worse dining experiences we ever had. Arrived at 5:50 pm on Sunday evening, they were semi busy and had four waitresses. There was a party of four ahead of us, they were seated and shortly thereafter so were we. Well, 24 minutes went by without even a acknowledgement that we were there. Finally I get up and go over to a waitress and say its been 20 minutes and no one has come to our table yet, she says OK with a smile, I respond no that is not OK. Shortly thereafter a waitress comes over- with a attitude. Very unpleasant and acting like she was doing us a favor(keep in mind this waitress was one of the sisters who own the place) . She unprofessionally takes our simple order of a small pizza, salmon salad and order of drumsticks,three waters and a glass of wine. this was at 6:27. We get the beverages. Its 7:02 and have not had a single waitress come over to our table to see how it was going, and still no food. I finally once again (keep in mind were not off to the side ,we were among other table that were promptly being served) had to flag down a waitress and ask about our food. She checks on it and five minutes later the food arrives. Pizza was cold, salmon was cold and the drumsticks I specifically requested were all wings. We live with it since we had waited 1 hour and ten minutes since the time we arrived. Again, not a single waitress stopped by to check on us the entire time.Again we were there a total of ninety five minutes, not once did someone come over to see how things were going or if we needed anything else, not once. Extremely POOR all...

Went there on July 2nd around 9:30pm... I sat at the bar and ordered a margherita pizza. When the pizza came out, it looked like somebody ordered a cheese pizza with no sauce and sliced tomatoes on top. That is not the definition of a margherita pizza! The pizza maker should be ashamed of themselves. Why would you screw up a simple and traditional pizza like that? Did you want to go home early? I'm confused! Next time you make any food for anybody, take pride in what you do, because when you do, the customer comes back and business is repeated to keep the business going. If you're going to take the owner's money, put some love into the food, or get out of the business. You know why? Cause now, I had to send the poor bartender back to get me pesto sauce and marinara, so I can make my own margherita pizza. The bartender should not have to deal with this type of disfunction. Her job is to give excellent service and she did! I would've gave her 10 stars for her service, but the pizza maker should go online and see what a margherita pizza looks like, or quit.... And where was the manager to over see the food coming out? I don't know, but whoever was working that night dropped the ball! I ate pizza there before and it was good, but tonight, was a disaster. You either need training, or you need to get someone who's willing to learn, or...
