We moved to the area about a year ago and tried out a few of the local pizza places. After a lot of not so good pizza, finally found NY Pizzeria in Waterville. It is consistently excellent. Toppings are generous. Food is yummy! Service is small town great! Service is personal and outstanding, whether it's the owners or the staff. This place is always slammed, yet they are happy to greet you, politely take payment, and say good bye when you leave. Yesterday I ordered a pizza with extra sauce on one half. My crazy aunt likes lots of sauce! They mentioned adding it on the side, so I went with a whole pizza with sauce. Then, I got there. The owner showed me how I could tell which side had the extra sauce. They did it! Half extra, half regular. We've had multiple subs, appetizers, slices, garlic knots, and whole pizzas. Everything is always consistently yummy. I don't know they do it, given how busy this place is. Their systems work! These people are the best! I hope to come back to this place for years!

This may just be the best pizza I've ever had and for a ridiculously low price. We got 2 slices of pizza, 2 meatball sliders, and 2 drinks for right around $18. We were both stuffed. The service was great. The atmosphere is cheesy, but in the best way possible. We are visiting from Colorado and this was a surprise I was not expecting!! Highly recommend!!

We discovered this small town pizzeria in upstate New York 7 years ago. When we bought a property 5 minutes away. The owners are originally from Italy. Then they lived in Brooklyn for a few years. Until they relocated to their present location in Waterville, NY in Madison County, NY. What we love about this place is that the owner Francesco makes you feel like you are having Pronzo. Which is lunch in Italy. From the fresh and delicious food and drinks. To the conversations. Of course of which are in Italian. Followed by espresso from Italy. It makes my husband feel like he is at home. Likewise the owners are very accommodating to the locals in the same way. It's truly a very accommodating place with excellent food and...

When the slices havenā€™t been sitting and get reheated (which seems often), itā€™s seriously the best pizza in the entire world. Iā€™ve had pizza from probably over 200 places, and this is hands down and by far the best (When itā€™s fresh out of the oven). I personally wouldnā€™t Recommend someone go there for slices (without asking if they need to be reheated) but you want the best and most high quality, perfect pizza that youā€™ve ever had in your life, buy a whole pizza and you will have a new favorite pizza place.
