Roux's Roadhouse 73 — Restaurant in Town of Saratoga

We were the only customers in the dining area and there was one person sitting at the bar when we first got there. We saw 3 people working. The service was dreadful. She took our order and then disappeared. Noone checked on us to see how our food was (which a different server delivered). After I had gotten up for the second time trying to locate our server, she finally appeared with the check and the to go box I had requested from another server and asked if everything was OK. I said no and told her that she had deserted us. She then informed me that she had been cooking. There was hardly anyone in there! Why was someone cooking and waiting tables at the same time?! When we left there were only 3 tables of people. And for $26.25 we got a small drab hamburger on a partially burnt bun, very few brew city fries and a decent sized salad along with 2 sodas. At least I saved $ on the tip. I can't remember the last time I didn't tip my server. I will never set foot in that...

As tourists, we decided to get take out one night for dinner from a local place and this one had a GREAT menu. We all figured out what we wanted and I called it in (didn't see an option for online ordering) and the gal I spoke to was awesome!! Very accommodating and friendly and great people skills. She took our giant order and said it would only be 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't go pick it up but my family members that did said I would have loved the atmosphere and that it was even karaoke night!!! The food was very, very good and I'd for sure order from them again. Whole experience was amazing. Hopefully, I'll go in...

Called around and no other eating establishments could make a pizza to go without a minimum 1 hour wait, after a youth Ballgame ended. Unfamiliar with this area, another recommended Roux’s Roadhouse 73. Googled directions and called in our pizza order. We were seated while we waited for pizza and garlic bread, ordered beverages and engaged in conversation with other patrons and employees. Our first time won’t be our last time! Food was delicious and enjoyed by family of 5 with a fun movie!...
