Fitzy's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Town of Sardinia

On wing night my fiancé and i went to the bar for wings we thought it was a good idea we ordered drinks and appetizers and wings obviously well the appetizers was okay the waitress was pretty nice she was sweet i cant Remember her name but we got our wings and we could tell they weren’t done enough for our liking so we decided that we were going to take them home and throw them in the air fryer not a big deal so we asked for a box The waitress said that she was gonna go get us a few boxes while all of a sudden this lady comes up to the table very aggressive, saying “you guys didn’t read the front of the menu it clearly says dine in only for wing night so we started to explain to her why we were gonna take them home and she’s like well. I make sure I cook my chicken wings 20 minutes and we were like we Weren’t saying they weren’t done we were saying they weren’t done enough for our liking I only ate two wings mind you she said you’re gonna have to pay for the whole thing That’s not a problem For us, she just made it so uncomfortable that we didn’t wanna be there any longer or argue with it. I only ate two wings and my fiancé only ate three out of 20 wings long story short the owner is very rude unprofessional I definitely feel bad for the waitress, cause she embarrassed her very badly. You definitely should treat your your staff and your customers with respect cause it might get you a little further I just won’t be bringing any...

I used to come to this restaurant when it was the Milestone and always had good food and service. We have been wanting to go for wings and decided to try Fitzys out. We asked if they had an alcoholic drink menu and were told no by the waitress. So we ordered drinks and an appetizer. We both decided to get wings. We each ordered 10 wings medium. When we got our wings they were kind of rubbery but I didnt specify that I wanted them crispy. So we were just going to take them home and throw them in the air fryer. So our waitress brought us the bill and asked if we wanted a box. We said sure. Then this lady comes over and told us that they were dine in only. She was not pleasant and rather rude, which is never good for business. I even explained to her about our preference and she pretty much insulted our intelligence. After talking to a few other locals and friends, I learn that it was the owner. That waitress apologized and I could clearly see she was embarrassed, as I would have been also. So we left the remainder of our chicken wings to be thrown in the garbage, even though we paid for them and dined in. Now let's make that make sense. I will not be returning and will surely pass on my poor experience to others. Hopefully to ensure that they give their business to an establishment that appreciates...

Fitzy's is a local bar and restaurant that packs a great menu with an even better meal. We were lucky enough to get a seat on their patio (which is the only place to sit during phase two of the reopening), and were served by Denise whom did a great job mask and all! Our food was excellent, our friends had corned beef and cabbage and we enjoyed wraps. The food was prepared properly with generous portions. Have never been here before but will return.
