My Aunt was having a diabetic issue so I took her here to get something to eat. I decided to bring back a couple subs to a couple people taking down my mother in laws porch because she has dementia and had to be put in a nursing home so we have to move her trailer. My Aunt was ordering and then was ordering the second one and the guy was like YOU COULD JUST TELL ME THERE IS MORE THEN ONE SUB. HOW MANY ARE THERE GONNA BE GIVE ME A TOTAL AHEAD OF TIME. So we told him 4. She started feeling dizzy and said I am feeling dizzy I have to sit down or you may have to call 911 if I pass out standing and she went to sit down by a near by bench near the counter so she could still tell them what she wanted and he got upset huffing and what not. He then said the same thing to the next person who was making an order yelled at them that they needed to tell him how many their ordering at the beginning. Any other subway we have done it one at a time so not to confuse the worker doing the orders and this guy was just rude. Now the person putting on the veggies and the cashier they were great. But they were running out of veggies with nothing to replace them like tomatoes and over all the guys attitude in a medical issue was totally unprofessional even when said she is feeling dizzy. Read moreThe first time we went there the girl with glasses bigger white girl refused to toast tuna and provolone on an Italian herbs and cheese cause she said it would make the kitchen smell. My girlfriend got into a major arguement over this and the manager got involved and finally just did what was ordered. The second time I tried going back like maybe it was just that girl can’t be that bad. The man black guy bald head and gold tooth forgot the cookies I paid for. And wasn’t a problem I went back in with my receipt and he tried telling me nah I put them in there I don’t forget this that and the third and I asked him bet then check the cameras and get a manager right now I bet him 20$ for 3$ cookies that if I was wrong and cookies got put in the bag I woulda paid him 20$ no problem. He refused to check the cameras and said here you go and I left. I don’t understand why things are an arguement here and why the atmosphere is negative. Like if these people at this subway don’t like their jobs quit. If the manager can’t handle these employees and properly train them on customer service then the manager needs to be retrained. Read moreIn regards to store 146, I just tried to place an order at this location, first u wait 5 minutes to even be seen because employees are in back which is fine will all work, the nice lady take my order and at the end there was a misunderstanding with the sauce ordered. The lady prepping the sandwich clearly said no problem but then the Mgr Tina made it a big deal and said we don't just make stuff up. I mean I apologized 2 times I may have been in the wrong I'm tired but she started screaming like a 12 year old from the top of her lungs because I called her out on her hidden remark/comment and she justified she was talking to someone else not me which she clearly made that statement for me.
