The past few time I went to this diner I was wondering why is the bill so high when where thinking were getting breakfast at a reasonable price. So I decided to put auditing skills to work. And in doing so I was treated like a minority my food was burned and cold. But thats ok. So I took one for the team for all of you. Attached is there receipt, and than my calculations. And of course I was right. The bill was 2.00 dollars more. So I mention why the 2 dollar upcharge The nasty degenerat waitress said " oh its 2 dollar difference for blue berries snatched the debit out of my hand cause I mention the total amount of the bill .... why didn't it say that on menu or why didn't she mention the adtional fee
It's not about the to 2 dollars it's about doing the right thing. Be honest on your menu and to your customers. AND TREAT WITH RESPECT...So this is my personal opion and I hope it doesn't appen to you. DAHLS DINE IS OVERCHARGIN AND LYING...
Read moreWhen you walk in there was no sign or anything to let you know to seat yourself or not and staff was rather rude when telling us to seat ourself. I was trying to give them benefit of the doubt thought maybe we caught them on a bad day. Waitress started off nice when taking our order. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Which was annoying enough but then I saw a couple who the staff knew get seated and get their food before us. While watching our waitress just stand there and gossip. We still remained polite to the waitress when our food came out even though very frustrated. Oh and let's not forget the cook making a nasty comment to my mom while she was waiting to pay. Read moreWe had a large party of 8, so we expected there might be a bit of a wait—but we ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for our food. At one point, I had to get up and walk around just to stretch—we’d been sitting for so long. What made it especially frustrating was that several tables seated after us received their food well before we did. To make matters worse, after all that time, our server came over to ask someone in our group to clarify their meal—and even then, they still got an order wrong.
