Chico's North of the Border — Restaurant in Town of Sherman

I called the order in and arrived to pick it up and the waiter was to busy mixing drinks and seemed totally out of it and I had to remind him why I was there a few times. He had me wait 25 + mins for my order than he couldn't add the bill correctly and wanted to charge me an extra $20. In the end I still ended up paying more than I should of. I have never had such awful take out food in my life! The food was all mashed up in cardboard basket and thrown in a bag. My order was over $60 and we had to throw it all out. A light patron count still meant an extended wait just to have our order taken, then total wait from arrival to food was an hour and a half. Food has declined from previous occasional visits, but was still respectable. Drinks? Hmph, no need to order a second attempt when the first was lousy. Server seemed to be under recreational influences and could not function but flailed about; then over charged/miscalculated the bill total along with including miscellaneous charges. Terrible the food was very dry.
