Schuebels Frog Hop — Restaurant in Town of Sigel

I live locally and have been to The Frog Hop a few times, mostly sitting in the dining room and on our last visit sitting in the bar. We specifically sat in the bar because during our last visits one of the waitress was nodding out during service and my 11 year old asked why that woman is falling asleep while standing. This time we sat in the bar, because the food is really good and we wanted a better experience, but the manager/bartender was extremely rude. We stopped at Frog Hop for a good ol' northern Wisconsin Fish Fry! We only had about a 5 minute wait for a table of 4. We didn't have reservations, but it worked out fine. The portions were unbelievable, the service was exceptional and we will definitely be back. I have never gotten that much broiled fish before.. ever!! The only thing I would like to have different would be the atmosphere and the lighting. Its feels like you are in a high school cafeteria. But everthing else was awesome!!!...

We stopped in for a beer and something to eat. The bartender was friendly but we had some knuckleheads sitting at the bar talking politics like someone cared to hear what they had to say. Bartender handled it well, I don't think he agreed with them but had the class not to comment. So, back to the food. It was good and decently priced. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. Thanks for the hospitality! I'll be back but not sitting anywhere near those two a$$ clown...
