Holy Smoke BBQ and Catering — Restaurant in Town of Smyrna

So 5 stars in response to the two idiots below corina and the other douchebag who watched GMA and came in here and 1 starred these guys. obviously that is what they did. their leftist media masters of GMA ran a story "alleging" wrongdoing on HS's part, which in this day and age is tantamount to a conviction. so the 1984 drones couldn't get themselves in here fast enough to 1 star these guys. Though it was a couple of years ago, i have actually had Holy Smoke ribs and they were delicious. Though, I probably would have said 4 stars, if not for slime balls trying to bring HS's...

Stopped by their food truck this past weekend, and got the Garbage Plate. There was an issue with the order initially (an item forgotten when putting it together, and they quickly remade the order for me. They were very cordial, friendly, and the food tasted fantastic! The chicken was cooked wonderfully, the mashed potatoes was a wonderful surprise, and the bbq sauce was delicious. They did a great job portioning every ingredient out so that there was enough of each to be present to the last bite. I can’t wait to catch them again...
