Disappointed! I gave a 5 star review last year and today they made me repeat my order 3 times, I called and placed the order and they said 30 min, i gave them 45 because I know that they usually take longer from what they say, and when I was there NO ONE had my order, I gave them the order one more time and I kept waiting and guess what? THEY FORGOT TO DO IT AGAIN while I was there, they even charged me and then I had to wait for them to give me a refund because ofc I wasnt going to loose another hour of my time, totally disappointed, you cant use the excuse of “everyone is new” everytime! Is sad and frustrating because food is great but they need to train the staff way better and organize themselves. And again this is not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd rodeo with you guys, I always have patience and I understand that you get busy but today was not okay and the excuses...

I can't say enough good things about this deli! They truly helped me when I was struggling, always going the extra mile. Sometimes, they even cover the remaining cents I didn’t have, which is so generous. This place is incredibly affordable, making it perfect for regular visits. Plus, it's super near my house, which is really convenient. The workers here are super helpful and friendly, always making me feel welcome. The food is absolutely delicious, consistently surpassing my expectations. The service is amazing, and I would definitely come back here every day.
