Yesteryear ice cream parlor still going strong and quintessentially tethered to Elmira for generations, the ice cream assortment, flavors and quality are outstanding. Their variations on your favorite sundaes are a massive creative plus. The sizes are exceptionally generous and the servers are amiable as they dish it up. This is the only place to go to get ice cream, of your looking for great portions and reasonable prices! I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and couldn't imagine summer without it. I would come up while in the military and make sure I made a stop here to get my fix for the year. I don't like spending my money at other shops who charge you $6 for a large ice cream and it is only a medium or small here at Fairshake! Omg you have to take your kids here on a nice sunny day. It is so awesome. Lots to do for kids with video games inside, a train for kiddies, carousel etc.. Picnic tables and inside booths.
