Zacks' Grill — Restaurant in Town of Southport

Nice little place, one side of building is the restaurant and the opposite is the bar with good separation. Dinning area is older styled but clean. Booths/tables are well separated. Wait staff seemed to work back and fourth with the bar so they were not as available as I like but they got the job done adequately. I ordered a cheese steak sandwhich which was excellent, my only complaint would be they over did salting it a bit, the caveat is I normaly dont use salt so Im a bit more sensitive than most in that area. I love the opportunity to be able to get to Zack and relax and have a good meal. I'm an over-the-road trucker who has a delivery in the immediate area and I always dry to make it to Zack when I can. They got a great menu as far as bar food is concerned including fantastic hamburgers pies and cookies for dessert. If you're lucky enough to be in the Pine City New York area I would highly recommend you stop in Zack Grill and get a bite to eat and just hang out for a while. We will NEVER return here. We arrived at 8 and didn't get out until 950pm. Smash burgers aren't smashed and are extremely small. all 5 burgers were burned on the outside. My 8 year old child's "well done" burger was so raw the cow was running off the plate. The waitress was very nice but overworked. She was the best part of the whole experience.
