Definitely come here if you’re looking for awful service and even worse food. We were told by the host that it was a 25 minute wait for our party of 6 to eat outside, which was absolutely reasonable. We waited for 55 minutes. Got seated outside and took another 20 for the server to come to the table. Luckily we had already gotten drinks at the bar. Ordered some appetizers which were decent but not hard to mess up. (Nachos & clams) then came dinner. I ordered chicken riggies. I love riggies and get them every time I go out to try the different ingredients restaurants use. These were by far the worst riggies I’ve ever had. It was rigatoni with jar marinara sauce. I took one bite and gagged. It took so long to get ANYTHING that we didn’t even bother to complain just asked for the check paid and left. The Wheelhouse Restaurant has quickly become our favorite weekly dining spot! From the moment we step inside, we are always greeted with warm and friendly service that makes us feel right at home. Had reservations at 6 and wanted to try a local place while we were in the area. We waited quite awhile for our food, we did order the steaks so expected to have a bit of a wait but it did take noticeably longer than expected. The food had very little flavor…from the steak, chicken parm down to the burger, just very plain. Server stated roasted potatoes came with meal and got a baked potato which was fine just not what we were expecting. Vegetables were cold and also unseasoned.
