New owners new chef new menu! The executive chef Jimmy Smith is great!! He came to our table twice to go over the menu with us. I’m gluten free and although they do not have gluten free on the menu he was able to make me a Caesar salad with chicken and it was amazing! Best I ever had no lie! The dressing is made from scratch daily! The meats are fresh never frozen from Iowa. The chef said he would think of something else to make gluten free for my next visit and I can’t wait. My husband had the prime rib and he said it was the best. He got a baked potato and salad bar was included he had the tomato basil soup and said it was delicious. Worst experience of my life. So rude I mean rude. My wife an I both ordered Prime rib. I got medium rare. My wife got medium rare. Mine was raw. My wife’s was well done. I asked to have mine to be cooked more. They said no it’s a violation. I said please give me another piece. They said no. You get what we give you. I said ok take my Prime rib back and don’t charge me. They replied no. My wife an I felt like we were in another world. So rude and not willing to do anything. We paid are bill in full. Save your money. Service was horrendous! Bartender was clueless. She took forever to get a drink. She didn't know how to give correct change. The bar had 4 other people and she was overwhelmed. Food was horrible. The patty melt was so greasy and I had 2 pieces of onion. Plus the 1000 island dressing was so thin it leaked off the burger.The cheeseburger was ok but Culvers is 100% better.
