We stopped by for a tasting without a reservation, which didn’t seem to be a problem - others also didn’t have one. We enjoyed all the wines we tried and bought 3 bottles to take home. The wines all tend toward light-bodied, even the reds. Fruit driven, for the most part. Reasonable bottle prices. The tasting room is nothing fancy. Great winery, if you like drier wines. They definitely specialize in dry wines, especially reds. We were served our tasting by the winemaker, who told us so much about the wines. It's obvious that he loves his job. We ended up with a bottle of the Zineca and the Highland Glenn, though it was a difficult decision because we liked so many of the wines! This was most definitely an outstanding tasting experience. Don't be fooled by the simplicity of The Tasting Room. Jenny took care of us and started us with their incredible sparkling wine as we moved forward through the rieslings and Chardonnay grapes. All were excellent. We then tried a few Cabernet Franc ones that were also quite excellent.
