Caldron Falls Bar — Restaurant in Town of Stephenson

I had no service while visiting to leave a review; otherwise, I gladly would. I have left many reviews to help others. When I purchase or am looking for something, reviews are the first I look at. We were staying down the road via airbn or vrbo. One of the 2 we came in after a long, cold night of snowmobiling. Your establishment was busy. We thought that was a good sign. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good sign. We waited a long time for service. We order 1 cup of soup, 1 appetizer. Our drinks were empty; we timed it....48 minutes for a refill and still no food. The owner or bartender seen me looking but yet still did absolutely nothing. 3 people behind the bar talking to their regulars. So, in other words, your regular matter, but the people visiting also providing income to your establishment wasn't important. You saw us sitting there and chose to do nothing. Once the waitress ( there was only one) knew we were not happy, then 1 of the 3 bartenders came to help. Your waitress never even looked into the back room by the fireplace to see if anyone needed things. She forgot our order while others after us got their food first . Very upsetting, especially when we look forward to spending our money snowmobiling due to the fact that businesses rely on that type...

We were camping and wanted an easy, tasty dinner in a fun spot but with our kids as well. We called Caldron Falls and they were super friendly. They even offered to make fish for my niece who doesn't eat meat. The restaurant was very clean and seemed newly updated. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We enjoyed our burgers, fish, chicken tenders, and fries. The brews were great too, and included more options than we found elsewhere. Stopped in with my son for a quick meal today, after seeing their sign for chicken wings. Talk about disappointing, waited 15 mins to make our order and then after she took our order we waited another half hour to get them and they were the most blandest wings I've ever had, my son and and I were so upset that we just put them in a to go box and left.
