Waited over 40min for our food after it was mistakenly given away to somone else, and they had to remake it for us. When we asked for some sort of compensation..( like an icecream cone or something for their mistake), she said all she could do was "offer us an I'm sorry" It was after 8pm and not busy at all. Never had a bad experience prior to this, but after what her reply was, we will never go back. This was an absolute delight! The kids working were friendly and courteous. The food was cooked with delicious flavor, and care. Went in for lunch, had the chicken wrap, and later ice cream. Sat outdoors eating ice cream in a waffle cone, enjoying the beautiful weather. Nice seating inside, and also outside. Handmade signs and other items were sold there as well. Gave my food order away on accident to another customer after waiting 20 minutes, no big deal, it happens but waited another 20+ minutes and when I finally got my food I asked for maybe a coupon for an ice cream or something for the next time and the owner said that the only thing that they could offer is "SORRY" I know that they are busy and obviously don't care about...
