Stella's IV Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Stockport

We have ordered pizza from here numerous times- always delicious and fresh. We have never had any issues prior to our last order. However, we will no longer be ordering from here based off of our last encounter. We ordered delivery and the order was incorrect so we called and were told no problem adding a credit to the account ($3) for the missing pepperoni. Perfect, we went on our merry way and ate our pizza. One hour later they call us back to tell us that management will not credit the account and at best they'll send out the correct pizza in exchange for the incorrect one. Well, it had been an hour since the delivery and we had come to terms with eating a plain cheese pizza instead of the pepperoni pizza we ordered. The girl on the phone seemed flustered and kept putting us on hold to speak to management because we didn't care to get a whole new pizza delivered at this point especially since they were telling us we would HAVE TO give them back the incorrect one we had already partially consumed. Outrageous to even think they would suggest this. They also told us the driver was going to be charged for the incorrect order. Again, outrageous. Management kept refusing to be put on the phone after we continued to ask to speak to them as they continued to force the girl to relay information. None of this made sense and I have never had management REFUSE to speak to a customer and threaten their own employees to compensate for a simple mistake. I had two bad experiences with this restaurant in the beginning of the month we ordered two dinner salads and 2 dinners. The salads were top with meat and chicken. They look lovely but underneath the toppings, the vegetable we spoiled. The cucumbers were clear and the skin of the tomatoes were wrinkled and rotted. I contacted the restaurant so they could quality control the rest of the salads. It was suggested to me that I emailed pictures of the salads and receipt. I did but did not receive a reply. The second incident happen tonight. Sorry to say the chicken wings were bad/spoiled meat. The chicken wings had a smell and a flavor that indicated they had spoiled. I return them to the store for proof and frustration. I could go on and on! The bottom line is that I left the store tonight with the cash for the spoiled wings and salads. Two nights of empty stomachs and bad taste in my mouth. Although polite there was no attempt to retain my business. Good bye Stella’s IV!

Inconsistent. The pizza is always cut unevenly, the pizza is never the same so one day it might be good the next day it might be bad. When this place was Hot Diggitys it was one of the best pizza places ever and now it’s just terribly meh. The pizza tends to have the cheese fall off and the crust is either too soft or almost impossible to chew. The garlic knots are probably a sin in most countries because of how bland and generally awful they are. The wings are fine, nothing special. The best thing about this place is the mozzarella sticks, but nobody goes here just for mozzarella sticks. They’ve messed up orders from my family on many occasions as well, giving us garlic bread with cheese when we ask for it without, and that was only after they gave us a sub instead of the...
