3 Lakes Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Stockton

I was the original owner creator of The Upper Crust in Fredonia , 8 miles down the road. I owned the shop for almost 30 years so many can vouch for my cafe experience. This cafe is awesome!! most impressed with their detail to espresso and all things related to coffee! Seriously best I’ve had!!! Even better than I served!! To eat I had the veggie sausage and egg sandwich which was good and I was thrilled they offered veggie sausage and veggie cheese as an option!!! Only thing was some of our hash browns weren’t cooked, but chef was busting his butt and he’ll figure his timing out!! 😊 I also lived in Cassadaga so I know the town, so my only unsolicited suggestion would be that they are opened 7 days a week in prime time summer and kick back a day or so after summer is over!! It's our second time visiting this cafe. I just had a black coffee which was delicious. My daughter had a build your own breakfast sandwich for $8.99. She doesn't like cheese so she just had a plain bagel with egg and bacon. It was still the same price with or without the cheese, this would be the only issue, should knock .50¢ off at least for lack of cheese. She also had a boba tea as she's obsessed. It's a cute establishment and the owners both times were very welcoming.

Edit: My daughter enjoys going in herself with me in the car, and ordering her favorite drink. Today she ordered it with no ice and was given ice and asked for a receipt and was not given one. It was a good teaching moment that she needs to be more persistent and request her order be corrected. We use Fetch so she always asks for a receipt. They may have looked down on her bc of her age, but she is a paying customer and I hope that...

I stopped in for a latte and boba tea for my daughter on the way through town. I was so happy the boba tea was not filled with sugar like most other places! Please keep it like that!
