I purchase a frozen coffee everyday from various Dunkin Donuts. Today was a horrible experience at this one. I placed my order at the counter for a medium frozen coffee. I was asked if I want flavor, I said no regular. I then see the word "black" pop up on the register. So I said, no I didn't want it black I want it regular. I was told, nothing comes in it. Which I know is not true. Another employee states, it only comes with cream. Well then, that's obviously not black then. When I explained I get it everyday, I don't ask for sugar or cream/milk it comes that way. The only thing I should be asked is if I want flavor or whipped cream. I've never been told it comes black. I just said forget it, I'll go to another one. I get close to the door only to hear this CHILD employee yell back at me "ADIOS". Is that the way you treat customers?!? I am a grown woman and will not be treated this way by a child. If you don't like the job you have or can't seem to learn it or how customer service works. Find another job. Sure enough, when I went to another dunkin donuts all I had to ask for was a medium frozen coffee and it magically appeared with sugar and light. Teenagers were just plain nasty! They donât even realize your standing two feet in front of them looking to order because they are fixated on their phones. He once tried charging my grandma a dollar off her scratch off ticket because she did not scratch the barcode to be scanned. I have proof in my bank account statement that in a matter of 15 days, he increased the price of a cookie from 2.25 to 2.75 to 2.99 because he saw I was purchasing it on a daily basis. When he tried to charge me 2.99 for the cookie, I sent my friend in later on to ask how much the cookie was- 2.25!!! The âtake a pennyâ on the counter- I wouldnât even bother leaving a penny there for the next customer. Harry probably has one of those sticky hands you get out of a 25 cent machine to snatch it out of there every chance he gets! What a CROOK! I will NEVER walk into that store again or pump my gas...

Two ladies were working at the time â one of them told me they were out of the cookie dough cream, so she gave me some options and I chose chocolate instead. I was clearly disappointed, and the other woman actually laughed at me for it, which I felt was really unprofessional.
Then, when my drink was finally ready, there were no cookie dough chips on top either, so I didnât even get what I paid for. As a respectful young man, I didnât want to cause a scene or start anything in the store, but this honestly wasnât good service.
