The food was delicious! AMAZING guacamole!!!!!

However, neither bathroom had toilet paper. Instead, whoever is in charge decided it would be best to put dining napkins in the bathroom on the back of the toliets... where toilet water sprays with every flush. Anyone who has wiped their mouths with these knows how rough these napkins are and anyone who has had to clean up a spilled drink with these napkins also knows how easily they tear. If the customers have to ensure these unsanitary conditions, conditions which according to the Health Department are illegal, then the employees are forced to endure these conditions as well. I am completely understanding that things go wrong, deliveries don't get made, or are delayed, and a product runs out. What I'm not understanding about is how the decision to continue unsanitary conditions was made instead of just running to the store and purchasing toilet paper?

We were there for about two hours stuffing our faces and the problem was not remedied at all during that time. I heard at least three other customers complain about this during my time there as well. I can only assume the employees had to deal with this for the whole day, possibly longer.

I can only hope that this was a one time issue. The food was really good and the server, while not exceptional, was very kind and attentive. I would love to try this place again and hopefully update my review to better reflect the food...

This was our first experience at Crazy Taco. IMO, the music was too loud resulting in the full restaurant of patrons talking loudly. No Dr Pepper but I can live with that. Lol I ordered the grilled chicken quesailla from the A LA Carte. I was served the meal...but it was loud so the waiter probably didn't hear me correctly. I kept the meal. I was using my fork and picking through the chicken and discovered a big chunk of broken curved glass and smaller shards of glass. I immediately called the waiter over. I was done. I didn't want anything else. He said I didn't have to pay for it. I asked him to make sure that whole batch of shredded chicken was thrown away and anyone who was recently served it, to notify them. I did not see that happen. Well, soon a guy (not our waiter) came over and gave us our bill. There were 4 sodas on there. We only had 2 and didn't even finish them. I asked him if he could reassure me that the batch of shredded chicken was disposed. He said he wasn't aware of the situation but would go immediately to the kitchen. My husband asked him to take 2 of the sodas off. He took our bill and said we didn't owe anything. Every business can have a bad day but the size of this piece of glass, should have been caught. It was thick, curved and over an inch long. It looked like the top of a glass...

Prices are good. Food is awesome. Service levels I have experienced are somewhat acceptable to downright awful. Went there recently. No one sitting at bar so we sat there. Bartender handed us menus and walked away. Waited about 5 minutes and asked bartender if we could order drinks. He said your server will be with you shortly. Waited about another 10 minutes. No server approached us. A lady and her kids came in and sat across from us at the bar. They no more than sat down and a server came, gave them menus and chips and salsa and asked them what they wanted to drink. Sat for 5 more minutes. No server came, no chips and salsa, no one took our drink order. Rest of the restaurant was not crowded at all. I don’t like Jon Taffer but this place needs him or someone who can teach them common sense restaurant customer service. I am lucky enough to live full time on Castle Rock so I have been able to give them a try at least a dozen times since they opened 6 months ago. I wish them nothing but the best but they’ve got to start getting better with their service. I’m not seeing...
