Borders Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Superior

My boyriend's mom owns this bar. I cant believe how well they are still doing inspite of covid! But the bar has a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels "at home" there and always feel welcome to be there. They are very sports orientated but do support vikings fans as well as the packers . it gets very exciting when these teams play each other- a good night to go to this bar if you want in on some fun. plenty to do here- softball tourneys , slots,pool, shuffleboard and lots more! plus they do serve food and even have breakfast on saturday and sunday if your up before noon.A great place to be, oh and drinks are reasonably priced- i always tip more than i pay for drinks by the end of the night and that says a lot. service is great here and would reccomend this place to everybody. Visited at 6pm on Friday night and it was the first time we had ever been there. Food was good. We aren't into the bar scene so we were hoping there would be booths or tables, and there were tables. But everyone there was belly up to the bar, so we felt a little out of place as the only people at a table, but that's no fault of the establishment. Atmosphere was nice, and it's a good looking place. But if you're bringing the whole family there, you might be the only ones sitting at a table. Went here on a calm Thursday. Wasn't busy at all. Waited over an hour for service. Nothing. Not a single person did anything at all. No menus Nothing. Not going to return here.terrible experience.
