Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Thompson

Hands-down the worst Dunkin in Sullivan County. Doesn't matter if you're in a line wrapped around the building (which is common here) or the only customer, be prepared to wait anywhere from 10-30 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. There are a ton of DD in this county, and you could go to one 20 minutes further away and still get your order and be back at home/work faster than if you went here. To-Go orders are somehow even worse, with the staff more or less acting like they don't exist. Most of the staff here are blatantly unconcerned with customers. On one occassion I had a worker ask me, after 15 minutes of waiting for 2 iced coffees and being one of only two customers in the building, if I "needed my order right away" with a confused look on his face. And then even when you DO finally get your order, half the time something is wrong with it. Today was the last straw, as I bit into the cold sandwich I waited 40 min for, and realized it had a square slip of paper in it, the kind used to separate cheese slices. Stay far away...

VERY slow service. I ordered a caramel latte with two pumps of caramel. I received a pumpkin spice latte with vanilla and cinnamon. They clearly mixed up my order with someone else’s. I drive back to have it corrected and she has an attitude about it. I take a sip and at first I can taste the caramel but on the bottom is all cinnamon. She didn’t even change the cup. Luckily I’m not my cousin who is HIGHLY allergic to cinnamon and would have been in the ER due to their mistake and laziness. Unbelievable. The whole process took 40 minutes!! They are known for being slow. I like how nice they are to my dog but they usually mess stuff up. This was the final straw. I will not return and I live 10 minutes away. The person in front of me ordered black tea and a sandwich. After paying they told him they had no black tea. They conveyed this by saying “yea man, no tea today that sucks” and then walked away leaving him perplexed and with no answer as to how to get his money back. Next up was me. I ordered a sandwich. It was made but before I left I checked to make sure I got what I ordered… NOPE. So I tell them they take it and I watch as they take the sausage off and throw it back in the bin of sausage they’ll use for the next sandwich and throw some bacon on mine. Now my sandwich still would have a sausage taste which I hate. I ask for a refund and that’s a problem so they make me 2 sandwich’s to my order to make up for it under my...
