Corner Discount Market Inc. — Restaurant in Town of Ticonderoga

I went back and forth on if I should give a review of this place. I don't like talking bad about places because I understand it can be tough keeping doors open however my experience was pretty bad.

We were looking for a place to grab a deli sandwich before going into Fort Ticonderoga and found this place online. When I went in I thought it looked a little run down but that isn't such a big deal to me. The people were very friendly and happy to take my order. While my order was being made my son and I went to the refrigerator wall to grab drinks and the refrigerators were all warm inside. Not room temperature, warm. They had 2 or 3 slushy machines full with the sugary drink but not on, the liquid was just sitting there. Then I waited by the counter for the sandwiches and right as they brought them to be bagged a giant bug ran right across the floor in front of my feat.

At this point I was kind of frozen. I felt guilty refusing to buy the sandwiches and just walking out. I instead paid $30 for my order, went to the car and explained everything to my wife. We threw them in the trash and got McDonald's.

There stuff on shelf's are out dated I honestly don't even know why there open Atm dont even work and if u get food from the deli the will not tell you if its good or not they always say its good its good Except one of the staff will be straight up with you.but the rest will let you Get ur food home to find its not good i think itss so they dont have to look...
