Paid 33.00 for two mushy pulled pork sandwiches with two tiny cups of macaroni salad and potato salad in a bag when we said for here… I could of went out to eat and got more food for that price never again! Big Dipper gives more of a serving size for that price! Don’t waste your time nor money you will still be hungry for the price you pay

Update because Google won’t let you Comment back to an Owners response…. I went back and I read my review and it was pretty clear when I said that we wanted our order for here and we got it in a bag….. In responding back saying that you had to put my order in a bag because you were so busy and short staffed.. We were the only people that were standing there ordering nobody was behind behind us… to confirm the total, the girl that was checking me out said $33.10 That was before the tip… If I knew that this is how it was going to be I wouldn’t have left a tip at all … I’m laughing because you were so busy with other orders, but you’re very quick to respond to review that I left. Reading other peoples reviews and The responses that you were coming back out to the reviews is pretty sad… I have my own business and reviews actually help a business improve not to fight back… And not once did I ever read any of your responses back to people saying to them , I apologize for the experience that you had please give me a call or anything to speak to the customer to make it right to improve your Business… The serving sizes are not fair and not right for the price that you do pay. I’ve been in this area of my whole life and I’ve been to a lot of different places…. Negative reviews are actually trying to help your business improve and try to make changes if you’re gonna get offended and nasty about peoples negative reviews then you shouldn’t be owning a business period… That was my first time ever being at your establishment. I give every small business in this area, my support and opportunity But if you want to come back at the community that supports your business, good luck! No disrespect wish you and your business nothing but the best.

Part3 ……I hope people are reading it and knowing what you say makes no sense everyone has a right to an opinion part of having a food business. thanks for recommending a salad next time when it says bbq on your building does the salad come in a sample container as well lol … thanks for the professional way of a fat insult 👏 i’m sorry that you can’t take constructive...

I was there earlier today placing an order. When I seen the girl getting the order ready I seen that the barbecue sauce was a little tiny cup I asked her if I could get an extra one she said sure. Then another lady out of a different window came over and said it was 54 cents and I told her I didn't realize it was extra and I didn't have any cash on me because I paid with a card so I told her not to worry about it. She then started to complain that things on the menu are not free how do you expect people to stay in business so you can't give things away for free. I told her again I didn't realize it was extra and not to worry about it and then she continued with her rant until the point I says okay already I don't want it. She said after that fine then I'll just refund all your money you won't get your food you can go somewhere else and eat. Someone else in the background said something she says no I'm not dealing with this he's not getting his food. She close all the doors and walked away. At their window they asked for feedbacks on either Facebook or on their website unfortunately you got a feedback May not be a very good one maybe I wasn't as pleasant as I should have been I guess but again I didn't realize something and I tried to just say forget it because I didn't carry any cash on me. Not a very good way to stay in business and run...

While the cute little gal that took my order was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience worth it (absolutely adorable), I was not impressed with the food I got. I love BBQ and have been to many places in the south with real BBQ. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was just bbq sauce with what I assume was pork. Couldn't taste anything but bbq sauce. No smoke...no pork... it had banana peppers and cheese? Not sure what that was supposed to do to the sandwich but you couldn't taste either of them. The pork and the smoke should be the star of the show, let people dress it up how they want with a Carolina sauce or bbq...even some slaw.. I intend on going back to try the chicken and ribs and will update my review if it's worth it. But if you're looking for BBq, this isn't the place from what incan tell.

Edit. Gotta love passive aggressive owners trying to redeem their selves on Google reviews. I don't know one person who enjoys bbq that loves a bbq sauce sandwich. Even if the peppers and cheese added something to the flavor, you can't tell with all of the sauce that's in the pork. You literally only taste the sauce. Might as well sit there with a bowl of sweet baby rays and dip a kaiser roll in it. I've had better pulled pork done in...
