Went there this evening around 8pm looking for something sweet since other options were closed. This is the second time I’ve been there in the past couple of weeks and service was VERY slow and it seemed like the employees weren’t really sure of what they were doing. Ordered a medium upside down and was given a banana boat instead, not a huge deal but it was spilling over the sides and made a mess. No gloves were worn at all in the making of this, and the banana was cut in the back? A little odd. Also asked for extra strawberries instead of pineapple and it seemed like I got less strawberries than what is in a regular scoop. A friend ordered a medium twist in a dish with a cone and it was very small for the the amount we were charged, good thing it was going in a dish because the ice cream would not have stayed on the cone otherwise. Stood in line for twenty minutes waiting for 3 people that were together to get ice cream and then the employee looked past us after already acknowledging us and asked the man who walked in 30 seconds prior what he wanted. This is not the first time this has happened. Will not go back.. I couldn't figure out how to reply to you so hopefully you see this edit. We loved going to you last year. Sadly, the vintage memorabilia is no longer here but, in its place, is a New Younger generation that are Always Very friendly and full of suggestions if needed.
