Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

This place make the Tim Hortons name itself look bad, sorry for sounding so rude but I stopped into this place in a rush for the first time in years and was surprised that it hasn't changed but only got worse, it's sad.. the coffee's always terrible here and the service is even worse then the bitter taste the stale coffee leaves behind, Come on Tim's..! Is this gas station tim hortons really necessary anymore with the new one that opened on Kenmore Ave. I lived in this area my whole life and it's an inside joke with all my neighbors to skip past this Hortons and drive further to the one on Sheridan & Delaware👍 I'm honestly not sure if they just keep this one around to send all they're meanest/ worse staff to that they can't get rid of or if it's bc it makes a little profit from the poor passerby that doesn't know better but I really wish to see this place turn into a real Tim Hortons someday I mean this is a good neighborhood and out of hundreds of reviews I think this is the only "Tim Hortons" I've done that I wish I could give ZERO stars, besides this 1 spot love Tim Hortons sorry I gotta give you guys a ZERO on this one, I felt like it would be disrespectful to the Tim Hortons name to not comeback here after my long work day and leave this review I mean service so bad it stuck...

This is consistently the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. My sons hasbrowns literally fell apart in my hand from being to dry and empty of any potato. When I went back to show them one lady asked what my problem was. The other told me they are all like that because it is the end of the day. It was 10:10 am. I thought they were sold until 12 pm? But that is not even the point. Why are you charging me money for hashbrowns that I have video of crumbling to pieces in my hands and then tell me that is just the way they are. If this was not my regular experence at this location I would not say a word. But this is disgusting. Don’t even own a business if you can’t suply a product worthy of the publics HARD EARNED money. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. You want chocolate donut, you get plain, you want toasted bagel you get untoasted, you want chive cream cheese, you get plain. You want iced coffee, YOU GET HOT. The drive thru is mediocre, stuff gets out relatively fast but its only correct about half the time. The service inside is dreadful. Most recently, there were 2 people in front of me, one had already had his order taken and had paid and I still waited close to 15 minutes to even get my order taken. There were 4 women working and all seemed miserable, answering the headset and taking front counter orders like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world. Pretty lackluster...
