Winghaven Pizza Farm — Restaurant in Town of Trempealeau

This place is a real gem. First of all and most importantly, the pizza is amazing! The ingredients are locally sourced and so fresh that it enhances the flavor to another level. The crispy thin crust is perfect and has a real great texture. You can taste the essence of Wisconsin farming pride in every bite. My only wish is that I was closer to this place. I currently live in New York and the pizza is in the same category as the best of them here. This is the kind of pizza that becomes the gold standard when you want really good pizza.

Secondly, the venue is perfect for any occasion from weddings to corporate events to date nights to everyday dinner. We attended a wedding here and this place had friendly staff members, kid friendly environment, wonderful music, and a wonderful selection of beverages and ice cream. The vibe is reminiscence of happy times!

This was my first time at Winghaven despite living in the area most of my life. It’s an outdoor pizza place with a great atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and family-friendly activities. Met friends and family here and enjoyed live music, pizza, and drinks. There is plenty of room for kids to run around, and there are adult activities like cornhole, and you can bring lawn chairs to just sit with your group to enjoy the scenic outdoors with provided entertainment. As others have said, the prices of the pizza are a bit pricey for the quality, but you are paying for the entertainment and atmosphere. I love the setting of the bluffs surrounding Winghaven everywhere you look. We had a great time and will definitely spend a few future weekends here. We got here right at open on Sunday, Oct 1st.

The pizza is great. The bartender / owner was very friendly. The open barn dining area is great on nice days but when it's hot out you just feel like you're steaming. It wasn't sweltering by any means but humid.

I took 1 star off for service not because anything was poor but rather the price. $24 for one thin crust meat lover's is kind of crazy. Pizza was ready in about 7 minutes though so that's great!

The atmosphere was a 4/5 as well because a) the weather is a huge factor on comfortability and b) the loud speaker used to announce your pizza is ready is ear piercingly loud.

Side note: The parking lot is at a sharp angle to turn in and out and if you meet another car there's just no way...
