Jak's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Trenton

Clean atmosphere. Friendly people. Food is typical bar stuff..... deep fried deliciousness lol. Had to deduct a star because our order was in some way wrong 3 of the last 3 times we ordered take out. First the burgers we ordered medium well were literally bloody rare. Next our Buffalo chicken tenders (we specifically repeated the request to have them tossed in wing sauce just to be clear) with a side of Bleu cheese were plain breaded tenders with cups of Bleu cheese included in the container. And most recently we ordered the same, 2 orders, reiterated the preparation instructions with more detail this time, and when picked up there was only one order. Glad I checked the bag after I paid. They immediately made me another order. While I waited I won $100 on quick draw so that made it less frustrating 🤑 There aren't many options in this area for late night eats. We will likely order from them again. We'll be sure to repeat the order and maybe have it read back to us as well next time. It's not a loud rowdy place so I am sure they can hear what we are saying, and the menu is pretty straight forward, so I'm not sure what went...

I have been getting take out food at Jaks for a few years now. I grew up in the Buffalo area and I can say that this bar's wings are the closest to the wings I had growing up. I have yet to find a better wing in the Utica area. They are always crispy and the sauce is just right. I also have tried the burgers and quesadillas, both of which are great. comple garbage pit...terrible atmosphere, plain and uninviting... the only thing this place has is decent wings, other that that its a basic s!@t hole .. takes forever to get food even when there is like 5 people there.. the bartender was a total "C" with an attitude problem.
