Poppy's Place — Restaurant in Town of Trenton

My mother meets her friend here often. We finally got down to try it. The “Hoff” sandwich was unlike anything I had ever tried. It is everything you could ask for in a breakfast sandwich. A combination of crunchy bagel, soft fluffy eggs, some salt/ savory from the meats and cheese and maple syrup drizzle to get that bit of sweetness. Honestly I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to go in and order anything else. My wife had the blueberry pancakes they were fresh, fluffy and loaded with blueberries. It was a little busy and only one server but my coffee never had time to empty or get cold. Friendly, family owned place with a nice decor and charm.We took some of their fresh baked goods home to have later because we were so full from the food. Do yourself a favor and support this...

We drove all the way up from Sauquoit because some friends said it was AWESOME! It was well worth the trip. Food was great! I had blueberry stuffed waffle and my fellow diner had canolli stuffed French toast! Owner was very friendly and does all the baking/and I think all the cooking! We left with a slice of canoli cake and 2 root beer float cupcakes!!! They were scrumptious!!!

They are open later on Fridays for fish fry and other seafood.

They do a Sunday breakfast/brunch buffet which includes your drink for a reasonable price(less than $15.00)! Can't wait to try that out...

I was getting my car worked on and the wait was about an hour. The lady at the register said you can walk to the town and dine at poppy's place. Long story short this place is amazing. The waitress was sweet, the people that were dining were very nice. The prices are very reasonable, we managed to fill up 3 people for only 25 bucks. and overall I will come here again when I'm passing...
