River Valley Inn — Restaurant in Town of Turin

Upon entering this restaurante I wasn't exactly sure if everything was going to meet my expectations. A restaurant in the middle of nowhere and not that big. Wow, was I absolutely shocked. I was knocked into another fricken realm. Let me say that this food makes it feel like you just went to heaven, discovered a new universe, and entered an eternal wave of the strongest euphoria you could ever imagine. All of the food is great. I've never had regular wings taste like melted gold and be so good and juicy. Even the fries were absolutely amazing. I ordered the pork, and my family kept wanting to talk to me, but I couldn't even begin to formulate words because the food was hitting me so hard. 10/10 would love to live permanently at the River Valley Inn for the food, service, and atmosphere. Honestly, the biggest turn offs for me about the place would be the dingy, dark, dirty interior, the bizarre, classless plating techniques, the long wait for mediocre food, and the most disappointing thing unfortunately would be the “risotto” which just turned out to be a sticky glob of cheese and rice (I honestly didn’t know what I was being served when they brought it to the table). The staff was quite pleasant, which is why I’m giving the experience two stars, but the food and overall atmosphere is incredibly underwhelming and disappointing despite the overpriced, over hyped menu. Great place to eat...food tonight was delicious...oriental sesame chicken...pizza, chicken wings n the homemade vinigarette dressing for my salad was the best!! Also great prices...thanks Chef Andy, Megan n our waitress, Darcy! We enjoyed everything!!! Sat. 3-30-19 Enjoyed another great meal at River Valley Inn...my filet mignon medallion was delicious aswere the sweet potato fries...my salad was topped with their house dressing...strawberry pecan vinaigrette...n ended with a confection that was great too...everything was very enjoyable...thanks Chef Andy,...
